    I ordered the 3-bird roast which was a very nice tasty product with a good balance of meats and stuffing. There were no cooking instructions included so I used the online instructions which were fine.
    Delivery was exactly as promised. I would definitely order again.

    Just had this for Christmas dinner and highly recommend it. Delivery was as promised, well packed and the bird cooked easily (confusingly the instructions on the label differed to website instructions by 40 mins but I went for the average. A 2kg roast served 4 easily, with half left over! It tasted great on the day and would definitely order again from here. Thanks

Product Description

Our famous hand prepared 3 bird roasts are made to order from Turkey, Chicken and Duck, expertly combined together so that each bird cooks the next one inside and the juices combine exquisitely.

Luxury award-winning gluten free pork sausage stuffing is then added to ensure exquisite taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture.  Lastly, the joint is dressed with award-winning Cumbrian pancetta and a couple of sprigs of thyme to maintain the succulent flavours inside and to add visual “wow” effect.

After the main feast any that is left over also tastes very good cold, so you can look forward to another treat if you don’t finish it in the first sitting.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring the roast to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F (170°C fan or gas mark 5).
  3. Calculate cooking time at 40 minutes per kg, plus an additional 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove packaging and place in a large roasting tray. Season well.
  5. Cover with a loose tent of foil and roast, basting every 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove foil 30 minutes before cooking time ends to brown and crisp the skin.
  7. Insert a skewer to check doneness; juices should run clear. If pink, cook for 15 more minutes.
  8. Rest under foil for 10 minutes before carving.
