delightful bacon

as a first time buyer I wondered what I had bought. No need to worry. It was the most delightful bacon I have eaten in ages. No waste just good lean bacon. wonderful flavour. So good I have ordered more.

This bacon is expertly and traditionally dry cured by hand to a Cumbrian recipe with sea salt, and slowly left to mature giving a mellow natural bacon flavour. It really is bacon how it used to be!
