Produced from Cumbrian pork and containing our secret blend of herbs and spices then “Old Smokehouse” smoked, the sausage created has a flavour that has been described as ‘wonderful’!

A Great Taste Award Gold Medal winner – this hot smoked sausage can be eaten cold – just with a pint of beer or combined in your favourite sandwich. Slice it and add to pizzas or casseroles to bring the distinct smoky-spicy flavour to your dish.
