Designed as an alternative Easter meal, our three, four and five bird roasts are boneless, easy to carve, full of flavour and guaranteed to impress. Many of our customers are delighted with their roasts year on year!

Our Easter bird roasts are made to order from turkey, pheasant, mallard duck, and wild wood pigeon, expertly combined together so that each bird cooks the next one inside and the juices combine exquisitely.

Our luxury award-winning gluten free pork stuffing is then added to ensure exquisite taste and melt in the mouth texture. Lastly, the joint is dressed with award-winning Cumbrian pancetta, and a couple of sprigs of thyme to maintain the succulent flavours inside and to add visual ''wow'' effect for your Easter feast!

After the main feast any that is left over also tastes very good cold, so you can look forward to another treat if you don't finish it in the first sitting.

Our 3, 4 and 5 Bird Roasts are available from 1.5kg to 4.5kg so whatever the number of family you have for Easter we've got a size for all (please see scroll down menu for size options).
