Celebrate Christmas or New Year's 2023/2024 with one of our Award Winning Multi Bird Roasts! Designed as an alternative Christmas meal, our three, four and five bird roasts are boneless, easy to carve, full of flavour and guaranteed to impress. Many of our customers are delighted with their roasts year on year!
Our Multi Bird Roasts are made fresh to order from turkey, pheasant, mallard duck, and wild wood pigeon, expertly combined together so that each bird cooks the next one inside and the juices combine exquisitely.
Our free-range birds are reared using traditional methods, roaming and foraging as they please. Our focus on provenance and welfare ensures the highest-quality Christmas meat for your festive dinner table.
Our luxury award-winning gluten free pork stuffing is then added to ensure exquisite taste and melt in the mouth texture. Lastly, the joint is dressed with award-winning Cumbrian pancetta, and a couple of sprigs of thyme to maintain the succulent flavours inside and to add visual ''wow'' effect for your Christmas feast!
After the main feast any that is left over also tastes very good cold, so you can look forward to another treat if you don't finish it in the first sitting.
Our 3, 4 and 5 Bird Roasts are available from 1.5kg to 5kg so whatever the number of family and friends you have for Christmas we've got a size for all (please see scroll down menu for size options).
OUR DEFAULT CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATE IS WEDNESDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2023. IF YOU REQUIRE AN ALTERNATIVE DATE, PLEASE STIPULATE THIS DATE IN THE ORDER/DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS BOX AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAY'S OR MONDAY'S. WE CAN CONFIRM THAT YOU WILL BE KEPT FULLY UPDATED WITH THE PROGRESS OF YOUR PARCEL, WHICH WILL BE SENT IN A FULLY COMPOSTABLE REFRIGERATED BOX USING NATURAL SHEEP WOOL AS INSULATION WHICH WILL KEEP THE GOODS BELOW 5C FOR UP TO 72 HOURS.
