Our Christmas Cakes are produced from our own recipe that has been tried, tested and loved for many years. The dried fruit is soaked in Brandy before the bake further enriching the flavours of the cake. From the first slice to the last, the beautiful richness can be experienced. Our Cakes are iced on top with marzipan and icing and simply decorated allowing you to serve immediately or add to it yourself.
