A problem with the delivery courier was quickly and efficiently resolved by Oliver personally delivering our roast to us himself. Brilliant customer service, thanks.
The cooked 5 bird roast did not disappoint on Christmas day. It was moist and very tasty, as was the cold left over meat afterwards.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from James Alexander Fine Foods again.

We received our 2kg bird exactly when we expected. It would have been useful to have cooked temperature guidelines as it was slightly dry plus it was hard to distinguish all 5 birds.

We ordered the 5 bird roast for 12 people (3kg) - the ordering process was smooth, the office delightful and everything delivered on time.
The birds were not easily distinguishable but it tasted utterly delicious and was thoroughly enjoyed by 12 people (I'm not sure what else I would have got in my oven for 12, so this is a brilliant solution). There was plenty for everyone and cold left over which was equally delicious. Thank- you I will definitely recommend you and for £78 I thought it was excellent value to feed that many people.
